BEING THE ENERGY: What it means and why such a title?

Well, Being the Energy simply means acknowledging that we are energy beings with unlimited potential, taking the form of a beautiful body to experience the physical aspects of the world. Our thoughts, emotions and actions all require energy to be created and hence they themselves are also energy (remember, energy cannot be destroyed, it only changes form).

Now the next question is why is this awareness significant? The answer is simple. This awareness is crucial so that you can perceive beyond the limitations of physical body and tap into the boundless potential of your energy.

One might think that if I am an energy being I must be automatically using this limitless potential irrespective of my awareness and acceptance of it. It is true that you are using this potential unknowingly to manifest so many realities in your life even without realizing it. Like getting a call from someone you were just thinking about or your car not starting on time to make you late because you have a reputation of not being on time.

Believe it or not, most of the things we experience in our life are manifestations of our own deep-seated beliefs. An easy way to see that is to notice some of the repetitive patterns in your life. Like always getting an easy or a tricky parking space, falling for the same kind of romantic partners, or always having a person in your team or group who rises to the occasion to help you.

As long as the belief/desire/thought is positive you manifest events or people that give you reasons to smile or be relieved. On the other hand if the belief is like I am not worthy or undeserving or guilty then the manifested event of person may inflict pain and resentment. This will continue to create experiences which allow you to feel worthless, not good enough or punished and rejected.

When we are not aware of our own Energy Being and its potential for manifestation we would keep looking for the reasons and cure outside in the physical world. Trying to blame people and events for all your suffering and thereby enhancing the negativity around us. This will not only increase the pain but also reinforce the original belief which started the whole thing. Instead if we take time to identify and correct the original belief your sense of powerlessness will reduce and the probability of experiencing such pain again will also diminish.
